FreeText

FreeText is a portable notebook that is simple and easy to use to make to-do lists and save information. It's really useful when you need to make a quick note of something, such as a link or a phone number, or if you simply want to add a document to the clipboard.

This portable text editor opens with a single click, and you can immediately enter data. It's that simple. You don't even have to open a file, since FreeText is always open and will save automatically.

FreeText can import and export files, replace all data entered with the content of a chosen file, and create a new file with a copy of all the data in the program.

This tool includes all of the typical clipboard commands: undo (limitless), redo, cut, copy, paste, delete, and select all.

FreeText also starts with your computer, and it's always visible in your notification area.
